If you have an acute viral illness that started within the last 24 hours or active gastroenteritis with vomiting/diarrhea, please do not come to the clinic, as it could be highly contagious. Instead, take care of yourself at home, monitor your symptoms, and call us to leave a message for triage.

After Hour Clinic is for urgent issues only ( such as fever, new ear pain, new rash, UTI, asthma attack etc). Please call the on-call physician between 4:30 pm- 6:30 pm to reserve a spot. No intake after 6:30 pm.

Online bookings can be cancelled through the confirmation email. If you have trouble cancelling online, call the office.
Reviewing your condition before renewing a prescription is necessary for your safety. Medication renewals should be completed during your visit or scheduled phone appointment. Renewal requests sent by pharmacies increase workload. A fee may apply for pharmacy renewal requests.
Dr. Si does not prescribe narcotics for non-cancer chronic pain. If a patient is already on narcotics, the goal will be to taper off and explore other pain control methods.
